Iv'e seen that a lot of people hate Simon for some reason, but he's on alot and always refunds me when I get rdmed. He may be a bit hesitant to ban, (Alex Haleheart cough) but I think is pretty good.

Please name one rule I've broken. My character was designed to be a cocky douchebag, but he's not a rule breaker. And also, Simon is a pretty shit admin at SOME points. Like yesterday when he banned a kid for killing him.
Just to name a few habits of Simon:
Constant refunds, he often gets tricked into them and I see it all the time. Loves to kick/temp ban Admin horses Invisibility (for trolling purposes)********* And hates it when he's wrong.

One time you and some men in my band were fighting not sure if one side rdmed the other but regardless, I wasn't involved and you rdmed me as an innocent bystander, I wasn't even involved in the conflict until you randomly attacked me. Has he really trolled invisibly? It does suck that some people will scam admins for armor, but how is he supposed to tell? And how can you tell?

Alrighty, let me make this quick, clean, and simple.
Let me first say that I'm aware that there's been a whole lot of controversy surrounding me lately. I'll get to that later.
Realm appointed me as admin because I'm pretty cool-headed and unbiased when approached with things. My job was to keep an eye on the other admins, especially the TAs, and make sure everyone is doing their job well, until we get more proper staff.
Now, ever since I've been appointed admin, I've been trying my hardest to be active as fuck. I've logged on admin when all the other admins are busy or wanting to RP. I've handled the complaints that the other admins didn't really want to bother with because they either were too busy or just didn't want to handle the mess. All in all, I might be one of the most active admins, but don't hold me to that, since we don't really record who is logged on admin at one time.
Now, when I go on admin, I try and handle things in an unbiased way. If somebody has a complaint about another person, I ask the other person for their side, then try and determine who's telling the truth on what and what is appropriate. Often times, both sides are telling the truth on some things and lying about a whole lot of other things, and in the end, I'm forced to make a compromise that leaves both sides dissatisfied. Why? Because I honestly don't care about how much people approve of me, I care about doing what I think is right.
I don't like to ban people unless I have concrete evidence that they broke a major rule, and they either don't care they broke it or plan to do it in the future. Even when I do have a good reason, I still feel reluctant because I'm afraid of being ban-happy.
All in all, whenever I do something really important, like ban, punish, or demand something, I always talk to Realm about it. I explain what I'm going to do, how I'm going to do it, and wait for his input. I do this because I don't want to act behind his back and start some drama. Realm's a busy guy, however, and he's not always around. Sometimes, I've gotta make difficult decisions myself.
Let me address the singular issues now.
A lot of people are still talking about the horse incident. I apologized that night, gave out compensations, and later it was made clear that admin horses are no longer allowed. The problem has been solved, the case has been closed. If you really want to bring up a dead issue for the sake of having ammunition against me, go ahead, champ, nobody's stopping you, but this is pretty much the only real time you'll see me address it, since it's already been resolved.
One or two people before have told me that I've been too liberal with my refunds, and that I'm being gullible or naive when dealing with them. These people have no clue about the number of complaints that admins can get when the server is bustling with activity. I've got six people waiting on me, if I take too long, they're gonna get mad, leave, and then complain about me on the forums, which will start a lot of unnecessary drama, and I don't like drama. So what do I do? I ask witnesses; if it checks out, I give them what they lost, and go deal with the people waiting on me.
I understand that a certain someone is grasping at straws to find reasons to paint me as a bad person, however, that person is just mad at me because I handled their CK and didn't rule in their favor. Like I said, I don't care about approval, I care about what I think is right.
Another certain person has been insulting me quite a bit on the forums. They've threatened to "ruin me", and apparently they think that going around and ranting is going to do the trick. If they want to waste their time doing that, nobody's gonna stop them, but I'm gonna find more productive things to do with my time.
That sums it up. If you have any questions at all, PM me or something. I don't do this for approval, I do this for a chance to do the right thing.

Aren't you the one who banned in an immediately after he halted you and you didn't stop because of "connection issue?" or was it a ta because ive heard many stories

Aren't you the one who banned in an immediately after he halted you and you didn't stop because of "connection issue?" or was it a ta because ive heard many stories I do actually have connection problems. The other admins know this, because whenever I try to speak during an interruption, my voice sounds garbled, and what they say is incomprehensible. I had a huge episode where I lagged out and couldn't do anything. When it finally ended, I was dead next to the wall. At the time, I was busy with 4 complaints and talking to an admin or two about map changes. I had the choice to either put 4 people on hold in order to deal with what seemed to be a random RDM, or just do what I felt was appropriate at the time and move on to help more people. You can see the unban thread the guy made here: nasense.boards.net/thread/227/banned-rpingThe issue's already been fixed, and I apologized to the guy. I'm not really sure why everyone is acting like it's a giant fucking crisis.
